Who we are

This site is operated by Emmanuel “Manny” Long, doing business as Manny The Composer, based in Tampa, Florida. You can reach us any time at elong404@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request access through “The Manual,” we collect:

• Your email address — required, so we can grant access and stay in touch.
• Your first name — so we can address you properly.
• Phone number and brand/company — optional. You can leave these blank and still get full access.
• Basic context — how you arrived (referring site and campaign tags) and a coarse summary of your browser/device type.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

How we use it

• To grant and restore your access to the site.
• To send you updates about PR, positioning, and what we're building.
• To understand which campaigns and channels bring the right people.
• To prevent abuse and automated signups.

Text messages are separate. We only text you if you specifically checked that box. You can reply STOP at any time.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie to remember that you already have access, so you aren't asked to enter your email again. It stores a random identifier — never your email address or any personal detail.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf — our hosting provider, our database provider, and our email provider — and only so they can deliver the service. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you want to hear from us. If you ask us to delete it, we will — see below.

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email elong404@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. We honor those requests regardless of where you live — just email us.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
